Free Abundance Meditations

By Margot Huff – As I search the internet for inforation on unlimited abundance, I am finding a multitude of websites and videos regarding free abundance meditations – free abundance meditations; free meditations for abundance; free guided abundance meditations; free guided meditations for wealth, prosperity and abundance; and so on, and so on.

Meditation is  focusing 100% of your attention in one area. The practice comes with many  mental health benefits; a few include increased concentration, decreased anxiety, and a general feeling of happiness and well-being.  Now, I know meditation works, as I have and do practice it myself;  but, how are you to do that in order to achieve abundance?  I suppose it would depend on your definition of abundance.  Could it be:

Quiet Meditation

Quiet Meditation

  • Inner joy and contentment?
  • The creation of your ideal reality by manifesting your idea of abundance?
  • Knowing how to transcend what most people think is impossible?
  • Wealth beyond what you ever imagined?
  • Power and influence over people?
  • Vibrant health and freedom from disease and illness?
  • Effortlessly living your life purpose?
  • A combination of some or all of these?

What should you focus on first?

According to The Buddhist Center “Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Buddhist meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energized states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.”

So, before jumping into any sort of meditation for abundance, you must learn to focus in your meditations. All instructions I have ever had used the breath as the first thing on which to focus; and, when any thoughts occur {and they will), acknowledge them and let them go, returning your focus to the breath.

Once you have the ability to focus deeply during meditation, you can then begin to work on abundance meditations. There are a myriad of websites and videos that can help with teaching free abundance meditations. Most of the websites will offer additional abundance meditations for a price, but you should be able to find all you need without spending a dime.  I did!

I look forward to your input and remarks on this and any of my other posts.

    Great post Margo!

I am going to try meditation….the 100% focusing will be a hard one for me,lol! I’m sure if I practice a lot it will come together. I really like the health benefits you listed, that’s what’s making me want to try it.

Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?
I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most
blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

I’m using the Twenty Twelve theme from WordPress. I also have Google Fonts Plugin, so the font isn’t the same as what is offered as the basic font setting.

      Good Luck with your website.
