What Is the Law of Attraction?
So, there are many people who have become aware of the Law of Attraction because of all the publicity it has received in the past few years, especially since the book “The Secret” was published. Although you may have heard of it, do you understand its definition?
Do you know how to use it to bring about positive change and abundance in your life? The basis of this, which has been around throughout the ages, is that what you send out to the universe is what is returned. What you focus on is what you receive. In the 60’s, the term Karma was being used.
The essence of the Law of Attraction is if you focus on positive thoughts and emotions, you will receive positive experiences that will get you what you want out of life. If you focus on negative thoughts and emotions, you will receive negative experiences.
These thoughts and emotions are the ones that are buried in your subconscious, the ones that truly have a significant influence on your life. This is not to say they don’t surface to your conscious mind; because many do, and they are spoken of and considered in your conscious mind.
Noticing the Law Of Attraction
We witness the Law of Attraction around us all the time. Consider those who are always angry and bitter about life, they usually have negative experiences for which they can become even more angry and bitter. It becomes a cycle from which they find it difficult to break away. They then expect negative experiences, which the Universe then obliges these expectations and sends their way.
The Law of Attraction envelopes all of your thoughts, emotions and actions. To be able to receive the positive aspects in life, you must be consciously aware of what you are thinking, feeling and doing. You must be sure you are expressing positive energy and focusing on positive outcomes which will be sent to the Universe.
Clearing the Blocks of Abundance
As you make this journey toward true abundance with the Law of Attraction and you are working on your thoughts, actions and emotions, make note of the blocks that show up. Each evening before going to bed, take some time to go into a semi-meditative state.
Consider the thoughts and emotions that blocked any way of achieving the type of abundance you want, Let your subconscious bring the reason for these blocks to the surface, Use the white energy from whatever higher power you believe it, be it God, the Universe, your higher self. Have the white energy cleanse and release the blocks.
As you continue this practice, you’ll find the blocks clearing and allowing the positive abundance you want to begin manifesting in your life. This won’t be an overnight event, but with consistent effort, I do believe the abundance you are wanting in your life will begin giving you the situations, opportunities and people in your life needed to achieve this abundance.
